Refund & Returns Policy

1. Overview

At Sqeezy, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service to our business clients. While we do not offer refunds, we do provide replacements or store credit in the event of a verified product issue, such as a factory defect or taste-related problem.


2. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

Replacements or credits will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • The issue is due to a factory fault or a verified taste problem.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging and in a reasonable condition for inspection.

  • Returns must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order.

No replacements or credits will be issued for:

  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the client.

  • Products past their expiry date.

  • Orders that do not have supporting documentation (invoice or order number).


3. Return & Replacement Process

If you believe your product qualifies for a return or replacement, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact the Sqeezy Office
    Email or call our office within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

    • Your order or invoice number

    • Clear photos showing the issue

    • A brief description of the problem

  2. Assessment by Sqeezy
    Our quality team will review your request and supporting materials.
    If your claim is accepted, Sqeezy will arrange a courier to collect the affected stock from your premises at no additional cost to you.

  3. Return & Inspection
    Once the product is received at our factory, our team will perform a detailed quality inspection.

  4. Final Decision & Replacement
    After assessment, if the claim is approved, Sqeezy will either:

    • Send replacement products, or

    • Issue a credit to your business account for future orders.


4. Courier Fees

All courier and collection fees related to approved returns or replacements will be covered by Sqeezy.


5. Important Notes

  • All replacement decisions are at the sole discretion of Sqeezy after inspection.

  • Replacement products may take up to 7–10 business days to process after the returned stock has been received and approved.

  • Sqeezy reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
